Return Eligibility
Timeframe
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Condition
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With tags and original packaging intact
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
How to Return an Item
1. Initiate the Return
Email us at contact@clotkids.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
2. Receive Return Instructions
We’ll send you a return authorization along with detailed instructions. If applicable, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
3. Ship Your Return
Pack your items securely, including all tags and accessories. Use the original packaging if possible. Be sure to get a tracking number for your return shipment.
Refund Details
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part

- Place a new order for the item you want instead
Note: All exchanges depend on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
