Order Cancellation Policy

At ClotKids, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, we’ll do our best to assist you quickly and fairly. 

Cancellation Window 

Within 1 Hour of Purchase 
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it at no cost. Please contact us immediately to ensure we can stop the order before it’s processed.

Include your order number and a clear request to cancel. 

After Processing or Shipping 
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return the items in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. 

How to Cancel Your Order 

1. Email Us Quickly 
   Send a message to contact@clotkids.com with your order number and cancellation request. 

2. We’ll Confirm 
   We’ll let you know whether your order is eligible for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, we’ll guide you through the return process instead. 

3. Receive Confirmation 
   You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email if your request is successful. 

Need to Modify Your Order? 

If you need to: 

• Update your shipping address 

• Correct contact or payment info 

• Change an item or size
